JOB TITLE: Data Modeler

Duties: Member of a small to medium team that will create and modify data models and formats required to support the NSA Enterprise. Some specific duties may include one or more of the following:

1) UML development;2) XML schema generation;3) Creation/design/implementation of data model change request and proposals, and;4) Creation of Logical and Physical Data Models.

Qualifications: Must have 3 years of applicable experience or equivalent education (CS, EE, IT or Information Systems), and a working knowledge of UML, XML, Data Management, Data Flow, and Metadata markup Strategies. This experience should have been gained within the Intelligence Community (preferably within the Tech SIGINT domain). Desired tool experience includes Rational Rose, SybasePowerDesigner, and Stylus Studio.

Significant modeling experience in UML, adequate XML background (familiarity with specifications and development of XML schemas) and minimum 5 years SIGINT background (preferably Tech SIGINT and reporting).
